Hello, I'm in need of an 88-key weighted keyboard works without a software interface. What we have right now is a Nord Stage 3, but looking to get a more portable option, as it will be moved frequently. The two main things that are needed in terms of sounds are piano and a soft synth pad like the stock one on the Nord. I'm not too worried about other sounds as I can just use Ableton or Mainstage for that, but I won't be the only one using it so it needs to at least have some sounds out of the box (doesn't have to have an internal speaker though). Some pluses would be the ability to load sounds via a computer but that's not entirely necessary. And, if it's possible, keeping it under $1000.
Any guidance by someone with experience would be greatly appreciated!

The Casio PX-S3100 is a steal for the price! It's incredibly lightweight, making it easy to take anywhere. The piano sound is surprisingly good, and while the synth sounds are a bit limited, I can always use my DAW for more options. It's the perfect solution for my home studio and occasional gigs.
