Well, not really.... it's a virtual acoustic guitar: Omnisphere with Nylon Sky sonic extension.
I composed and played it on digital piano. I don't know if it's actually possible on guitar, I've barely played guitar and haven't really touched one in 3 decades. I simply love playing with this very expressive guitar patch.
