I've recently bought a 12U rack case to better streamline and organise some of my band's equipment. I like the idea of having a rack drawer in the case for organising and transporting smaller items. However, it seems to me that a rack drawer would be better if it had different compartments in it, so you can put different things in each one (batteries, IEMs, plectrums, strings, small cables etc) instead of throwing everything into one rack drawer and getting everything mixed up.
So does anyone make rack drawers with different compartments in them? How do you organise the stuff in your rack drawer(s) so everything doesn't get mixed up / tangled up?
